Quietly situated off the main street, in a residential suburb this recently modernised townhouse provides the ideal base to explore the beautiful city of Florence. Arranged over two floors the property is part of a historic building that is accessed through a small courtyard. On the ground floor guests will find an open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and opens onto a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The area is conveniently close to the airport and is known for its green spaces and parks. There is a bus stop close by and visitors can also explore local markets, shops, and cafes, all within a 5-minute walk allowing guests to experience the community’s local culture and lifestyle. This property provides both a quiet base and easy access to Florence’s world-famous attractions. All downtown locations such as the Uffizi Gallery, Florence Cathedral (Duomo) and Ponte Vecchio are reachable by the Tramway in approximately 25 minutes. Guests can also head to the Boboli Gardens, behind the Pitti Palace where you can admire the fountains and statues for an afternoon. Other famous destinations such as Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Greve in Chianti are all about an hour’s drive from the vacation rental and provide excellent destinations for a day trip. For those who wish to cook, the Florence Central Market, in the historic centre is within walking distance of the most famous monuments. The closest international airport is Florence Peretola Airport approximately a 6-minute drive from the accommodation.

Casa molto accogliente, pulita e collegata (2 mezzi) con il centro. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni chiarimento per raggiungere l'immobile all'arrivo. Vicino all'immobile si trovano bar, trattoria e piccolo negozio per acquisti di prima necessità. Esperienza da ripetere.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag braucht. Küchenutensilien sind umfangreich vorhanden. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinen-Tabs waren auch da. Die Innenstadt von Florenz lässt sich innerhalb von 20 Minuten gut mit den Fahrrad erreichen. Hier kann man entweder durch den Park le cascine fahren oder einfach der von Google vorgeschlagenen Fahrradroute durch die Straßen mit Fahrradweg folgen. Direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung ist der Flughafen. Flugbetrieb ist insoweit nicht störend, da zwischen ca. 23:00 und 6:00 Uhr keine Flieger mehr unterwegs sind. Der Flugbetrieb ist auch wirklich sehr gering. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Textnachrichten zeitnah geantwortet.

The place was very cousy. The personel easy to contact and very friendly. Helping right the way. We liked the bakery next door and the bars down the street and ice cream open till 23:00. The area is very piceful and easy to get to old town by buses. Everthing what we needed was at the appartment; good coffie well equiped kitchen, comfortable bad, new and very clean bathroom, air condition etc. We had wonreful stay and we recomend this accomodation.
