The apartment is very close to the beaches, you can also get to the historical center by walking 15-20 min. Very nice and chill neighbourhood, you can find shops, good pizza, good bars around. Host was very helpful and friendly, responded in a short time when needed.

We really loved the location - it’s away from the crowded city centre yet still just a 15 minute walk to reach it. The apartment was absolutely spotless, which (unfortunately) is quite rare these days, so that was a major highlight for us! We had some trouble with the hot water on the first morning but our contact Sara responded quickly, explained everything so we could solve the problem right away. Overall, it was a great experience!

Pretty disappointed with this booking - beds incredibly uncomfortable same with the pillows - when asked was told I would have had to request that ahead of time . Only 4 towels provided for a week for 4 people and a roll and a half of toilet paper - communication was anything but hospitable when inquiring on these items Property was clean and in a walkable location that would be the plus side of choosing to book here - not worth the price in my opinion

A localizaçao do apartamento e muito boa. Porem o check in foi atrasado. Era para ser as 16 hs e chegamos no ap as 16:30 e ainda estavam limpando. O ar condicionado da sala era muito ruim. Nos quartos nao tem ar condicionado. O check out deixaram a gente fazer mais tarde.

Dear Eszter, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the property clean and comfortable. However, we would like to clarify a few points. This is a holiday home, not a hotel, and therefore the services provided differ from those of a hotel. The €20 charge was not for a bed, but an extra fee for the baby cot, in accordance with our company policy across all the properties we manage. Regarding the missing kitchen towel, this was provided to you on the same afternoon after you contacted our local colleague. The toilet paper, bathroom and kitchen supplies provided at check-in are intended as a welcome starter kit and are not designed to cover the entire duration of the stay. Unlike in a hotel, there is no daily housekeeping service or daily replenishment of supplies. The cleaning fee was already included in your reservation and was not an additional charge. Guests are nevertheless required to leave the kitchen in a reasonable condition, wash their dishes and dispose of their rubbish, as clearly indicated in the house rules. Regarding salt and sugar, these are not provided as part of our standard equipment, as we do not offer food or catering services in our short-term rental properties, for health and hygiene reasons. We are sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, but we hope these clarifications help explain the services and policies applicable to a holiday home.
