This welcoming 2-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is an ideal base for families, couples, friends and business travellers exploring Novo Mesto and the Dolenjska region. Set on the ground floor, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, an HDTV, a book library and a laptop-friendly workspace, making it suitable for both holidays and remote working.

The apartment enjoys a convenient location in Novo Mesto, the historic capital of Slovenia's Dolenjska region, surrounded by the scenic landscapes of the Krka River.
Within approximately a 10-minute walk, guests can reach Novo Mesto's historic old town, Dolenjski Museum, Kandinjski Bridge, riverside areas and green parks. Cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday amenities are also within easy reach.
Otočec Castle, beautifully set on an island in the Krka River, is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Guests can also enjoy day trips to Šmarješke Toplice, known for its thermal spa, or explore the vineyards and hiking trails of Trška Gora, home to the region's traditional Cviček wine.
Novo Mesto train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, while Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport is around 70 minutes away by car.

Lokacija apartmana je odlična, nalazi se u strogom centru grada i svi sadržaji su dostupni peške. Apartman je kompletno opremljen svim neophodnim uređajima i nameštajem. Kreveti su preudobni, higijena je perfektna i grejanje je savršeno. Vraćamo se uskoro!

Great apartment, close to the old part of Novo Mesto. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything was just as described. I traveled with my two teenage daughters, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was in working order – the dishwasher, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly.

Appartamento ben organizzato, pulito e vicino al centro. lre isstruzioni ricevute per email con self chek-in e self-chek out hanno reso facile l'accesso all'appartamento. Cucina e bagno ben attrazzati. Wi-fi funzionante.

Die Unterkunft selbst war völlig in Ordnung und entspricht auch eigentlich der Beschreibung und ist in gutem Zustand. In den Mails waren aber falsche Bilder enthalten mit einem nicht vorhandenen Wohnzimmer, was irreführend war. Die Kombi aus Airbnb, happy Rentals als Zwischenanbieter und dem Vermieter selbst war anstrengend. Wir haben 10x das gleiche Formular bekommen, das anscheinend super wichtig war. Da stand aber nur die Adresse druaf und die Kontaktdaten des besitzers und der Hinweis dass man ihn frühzeitig kontaktieren soll. Der Besitzer hat aber weder über Nachricht noch über Mail reagiert, erst bei direktem Anruf am tag der Anreise kamen dann die Infos zum Zugang zu Wohnung. Die Kombi fand ich sehr unpraktisch, da man vorher dauernd mit Nachrichten überhäuft wurde, die aber keine Möglichkeit boten überhaupt an weitere Infos zu kommen.
