Enjoy the perfect holiday with family or friends in this charming villa, just a short walk from the beach! The villa sleeps 6 to 9 people and is in an exceptional location, right by the Spiaggiabella on the Adriatic coast. The property is surrounded by a wall which guarantees guests’ privacy and is particularly useful if you are bringing your pets. The courtyard garden extends around the whole house and includes a solarium area with sun loungers, as well as a swing seat and parasols. Access to the house is via a shaded corner veranda which leads into the living area and the kitchen. The veranda, which has sea views, is furnished with a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco. Inside, the spacious living/dining room has a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen looks out over the dunes to the sea. It is well-appointed with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed as well as a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an alarm connected to the local security patrol. Bedroom 3: This bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms. One is larger than the other, but both have showers, basins, bidets and WCs. Extra: There is an outdoor shower which is ideal after a day on the beach. The beach has free areas and other parts where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas for the day. The beach at Lido Bacino Idume also has canoes for rental and kite surfing or surfing for more adventurous holidaymakers. The area is part of the Natural Park of Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio. So away from the beach, guests can explore the wetlands and woods, full of birds and rare plants. For self-catering there is a small supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the villa, alternatively, there is the farmers market in Lecce (20 minutes) every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, where you can find the best local ingredients. Alternatively, the next-door town of Torre Chianca (5 minutes drive) has a range of restaurants, bars and cafés. The city of Lecce, the “Florence of the South”, is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping. The closest airport is Salento Airport, in Brindisi - just 40 minutes away by car.

Casa con un potenziale enorme ma non espresso. Innanzitutto la mia valutazione è positiva perché la casa ha soddisfatto nel complesso ciò che volevo ma comunque ci sono degli aspetti da valutare. Host, agenti online, seri, cordiali e disponibili. Host, in loco, organizzati, disponibili e gentili. Casa spaziosa, molto spaziosa, pulita ed in una posizione perfetta per chi, come me, ha dei bambini poiché è veramente fronte mare...40mt e sei in acqua. Note dolenti...lo stato della casa...nel senso ci sono problemi come segnalato da altri che non vi è un buon drenaggio delle acque che si depositano in strada davanti l'abitazione, gli scarichi, in particolar modo, quello della cucina ristagna e dinvonseguenza non emamana un buon odore, pavimenti con avvallamenti nelle camere da letto, frigorifero perfettamente funzionante ma con un bel vissuto alle spalle tanto da avere la parte inferiore arrugginita, infissi e serramenti che hanno bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Die gesamte Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zur Anreise war digital und hervorragend organisiert. Vor Ort hatte ich noch nie einen so direkten Service, der bei jedem Problem in des Ferienhaus kam. Das Haus war einfach aber sauber und perfekt gelegen. Nur gegen Mücken muss man vorab gewarnt sein, da man alles dabei hat. Achtung: Auf dem Markt wurde uns das Autofenster eingeschlagen. Also aufpassen bei der Mietwagenversicherung. Abwicklung über AVIS war gut obwohl wir keine Polizeianzeige machen konnten, weil dies trotz mehrerer Anrufe nicht kam. In allem ein guter Urlaub bei einem gute Anbieter.

La casa è esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio e nelle foto. Ci sono alcuni piccoli problemi che si potrebbero facilmente risolvere ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Pro: posizione stupenda davanti alle dune della spiaggia mare a 20 mt molto adatto ai bambini casa grande ci si sta comodamente in 10 zona tranquilla e rilassante lavatrice Contro: la strada è in cemento e in caso di pioggia non scola l'acqua che ristagna davanti all'ingresso per più giorni. la manutenzione generale potrebbe essere più efficiente,alcune piccole rotture/imperfezioni,niente di grave. le dotazioni delle camere, letti e armadi, non sono all'altezza della casa. aria condizionata presente in una sola camera, vero che essendo in riva al mare la ventilazione non fa soffrire il caldo ma un poco di umidità notturna si soffre.

Das Haus hat eine Top Lage! Direkt am Strand bzw. das letzte Haus in der Straße. Es war auch alles sehr sauber und es hat fast alles korrekt funktioniert! Für uns war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Am wichtigsten finden wir, daß die Jalousie im Wohnzimmer repariert wird. In der Früh scheint die Sonne voll rein und heizt das Haus auf. Schön wäre es auch, wenn alle Schlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet werden. Für den Blick auf das Meer wäre ein schönerer Zaun gut. Vielen Dank auch für die super Kommunikation per E-Mail, Telefon und WhatsApp.
