A one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, it comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and features a charming wooden roof that adds warmth and character to the space. The entrance opens up to kitchen is designed with a dining table, chairs, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is an open kitchen equipped with essential appliances, including an electrical induction hob, italian moka, a microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located minutes from the casino, enhancing your stay with nearby entertainment options. Sleeping Bedroom: The bedroom has a French sofa bed, a small open wardrobe and a desk with a chair excellent as a workstation. There's also a French sofa bed in the mezzanine space. Be aware that the mattress lies directly on the surface of the floor. Not suitable for tall people. Bathroom Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, a shower, a basin, a mirror and a WC. Nearby beaches feature numerous beachside restaurants and bars, just 10 minutes on foot. Famous attractions like Forte di Santa Tecla, Piazzale Pian di Nave, Monumento ai Caduti, the Statue of Mike Bongiorno and many more are reachable within 7-9 minutes of walk. For self-catering, several supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk. The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away. For those who love cycling with a view of the sea, the Ponente Ligure cycle path (8 minutes) offers breathtaking scenery. Between maritime pines and beaches, the path winds along the coast for 24 km. It is passable on foot, by bicycle, roller skates and skateboards. It is suitable for families with children, with refreshment points and bike rental. The old town’s covered market is a must (every day except Sunday). Here you can buy the best local olive oil, cheeses, wines, vegetables and fruit to try at home. For other supplies there are supermarkets only 500m from the apartment. Alternatively, there a bars and restaurants within 200m. For entertainment, Teatro Ariston Sanremo, Auditorium Franco Alfano are also within the same proximity. Additionally, you can spend your evenings off the beach exploring the Casino di Sanremo, a 4-minute walk from the house. The closest airport is at Nice (France) and is just over a 1 hour drive. Genoa airport is 1 hour and 45 minutes from the apartment. Sanremo train station is a 12-minute walk.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento situato nel cuore del centro storico di Sanremo, a pochi passi dalla suggestiva Piazza San Siro. La posizione è perfetta: in pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere il Casinò di Sanremo, il Teatro Ariston e le splendide spiagge. L’appartamento, ristrutturato con grande cura, combina il fascino della tradizione con un arredamento moderno ed elegante, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. Il soppalco, con un comodo materasso a una piazza e mezza, aggiunge un tocco di intimità e charme. Il bagno è funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort e la pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre, la straordinaria ospitalità dell’host hanno reso il soggiorno davvero speciale. Logement très bien placé (2 minutes à pied de la rue commerçante principale et 5 minutes du port), parfait pour profiter de San Remo. Au calme et fonctionnel pour deux personnes. Roberto est un hôte réactif. Petit bémol : très peu de pression dans la douche… pas très pratique mais ça l’a fait. Merci pour ce séjour 👍🏼

Appartamento molto carino in una posizione ottimale in pieno centro. Purtroppo appena arrivati abbiamo trovato una pulizia carente e la mancanza del servizio pocket WiFi che era erroneamente presente nella lista dei servizi. Tuttavia, i problemi sono stati risolti prontamente con in aggiunta anche un rimborso parziale delle spese di pulizia. Nonostante questo problema temporaneo che può succedere consiglio vivamente il pernottamento.

The flat was perfect for a stay in Sanremo. It’s very central, has great cafes and restaurants near by and is a 10 min walk to the beach. Only issue was that wasn’t a bin provided or any bin bags but easy to get at a supermarket.

Logement pratique et bien situé pour visiter le centre ville à pied. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Quartier calme, aucun bruit la nuit. Canapé-lit un peu étroit pour dormir à deux. Tout le nécessaire était dans le logement pour quelques jours.

A cosy place for a visit to SanRemo, in a beautiful, historic part of the town and easy walking distance of the beach. Be sure to get clear directions to the apartment before your arrival. We found the office where we were told to pick up the keys was closed and had difficulty finding the apartment and then a parking place. Water pressure is also a little low in the apartment. However, very good value for money.
