This charming, ground-floor apartment, with a private garden, is in a family-friendly residence. Set in a spectacular mountain landscape, it makes an ideal base for an exciting holiday at any time of year. The cosy apartment sleeps 3 people, and has been carefully equipped with everything guests might need during their stay. The living area has French windows opening onto the wooden deck and private garden, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for meals al fresco. Back indoors, there is a sofa and a flatscreen TV. The dining area has a table for 4 people and is next to the open-plan kitchen. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines. Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include a heated indoor swimming pool and gym. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike. During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. For the more adventurous, there are paragliding centres close by. Children and adults will enjoy the trek through the forest to the Berard waterfall or the Grotte A Farinet cave. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux Jazz Festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July, and is just 1 hour away. Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10-minute drive) Geneva Airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

De landelijke omgeving, niet toeristisch. Het terras bij het appartement. Het appartement zelf was praktisch en heel schoon. Goed bed! Het contact met het personeel verliep per WhatsApp en was bijzonder prettig. Een vaste parkeerplaats in de garage.

Tout était bien! Le contact par sms, l'accueil dans l'asppartement, il y avait même une bouteille de bon vin! L'appartement était très propre et il est très pratique. Il y avait même un jardin très confortable ayant une belle vue! Puis j'aime beaucoup le confort du garage. Enfin, je conseille un appartement comme ça à tout monde qui aime la montagne et le confort! Logement propre, fonctionnel, très bonne literie, pas très spacieux (juste ce qu’il faut pour deux personnes). Quelques déceptions : sauna et piscine non accessibles par décision du Syndic de la copropriété, lors de notre venue. Toutefois, un geste commercial a été fait par Happy Rentals. Terrasse et petit jardin avec vue sur la montagne, mais également à côté de la porte d’accès à la résidence à gauche, est en face de la cour assez vivante avec les enfants (ping pong, minigolf), et gros vis-à-vis avec le voisin de droite. Heureusement, nuit très calme, et résidents de la propriété respectueux. Vallorcine est un beau village très calme, sans supermarché (courses à anticiper).
