For entertainment, Teatro Ariston Sanremo, Pat Academy Sanremo, Auditorium Franco Alfano, Casino di Sanremo and Cinema Teatro Central Jabarin are all within 8-12 minutes. Guests can also go fishing at Amici Fishing, a 15-minute walk away. The Statue of Mike Bongiorno, an 11-minute walk away, is a popular tourist spot. Comfortable apartment close to all the wonderful restaurants/coffee shops and gelato. The view from the terrace above is spectacular. You need to be in good shape to reach the apartment, as there are many steps to climb!

Très bel appartement conforme à la description et aux photos . La vue depuis le toit terrasse est vraiment magnifique. De jolis levés et couchés de Soleil en perspective. Appartement bien placé dans les ruelles charmantes de la Pigna et accès facile au centre ville surtout dans le sens de la descente 😁. Nécessite de bons mollets pour la montée mais cela était signalé dans l'annonce. Appartement très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien si ce n'est que l'ajout de rideaux occultants ou d'une climatisation serait judicieux car malgré les ventilateurs fournis nous avons eu près de 30°C dans l'appartement toute la semaine. Réception et remise des clés via une boîte à clés situé près de l'appartement. Un grand merci à Roberto pour sa réactivité et la clarté des informations données.

I prefer rental apartments with a personal touch - regardless of any individual style. I realize, that not everybody agrees with me, but this place has both charm and lots of personality to it. I probably would have decorated it differently, but that's not the point. Right from the start you just feel welcomed in a very pleasant way. The apartment is perfectly located, quite spacious and well-equiped. And the roof terrace i simply magnificent. Hopefully, the apartment will be vacant for our next trip to Sanremo. I cannot imagine a better place to stay. Yet, bear in mind that the La Pigna area is full of stairs and can be quite challenging with a suitcase in each hand. But it is more than worth the effort if you ask me.

Tutto perfetto, unica pecca, non erano presenti il sapone mani, il bagno schiuma e la carta igienica. Il terrazzo è spettacolare e la casa era abbastanza gradevole. L’host è stato molto gentile e super disponibile! Posizione strategica! Consigliatissimo
