It is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant promenade and rich history. The town’s beaches are renowned for their clear waters and well-maintained facilities (the closest is a 6-minute walk). Guests can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet skiing, sailing, water skiing and beach volleyball. There is also a charming old town with a museum and a pretty harbour. Various boat trips are available from Crikvenica, allowing visitors to explore nearby islands such as Krk and Rab. The seaside town is also a renowned health resort that utilises the healing properties of the sea. Visitors can enjoy various wellness treatments, including seawater baths, mud packs and massages. The Kotor Village (an open-air museum) and the Love Path (a hiking area in nature) are both less than a 10-minute drive away.
