 Step inside to discover a beautifully appointed interior with a fully equipped kitchen-diner, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is appointed with an induction hob, an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4. The living space extends to a lovely terrace, furnished with a dining table and chairs plus a large parasol, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. 
Outside, guests can enjoy the shared pool and gardens, the perfect spot for relaxation and recreation under the sun.

Bedroom: The bedroom features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and a private balcony with a sun lounger. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

The famous town of Sirmione, known for its thermal baths and the historic Scaligero Castle, is located about 30 km away, approximately a 35-minute drive. The picturesque town of Limone sul Garda is also within reach, just 17 km away, taking around 25 minutes by car.
