High on the hillside, surrounded by greenery and glorious views over Lake Lugano, this stylish apartment for 4 offers an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful part of Switzerland.
The apartment is on the second floor of a new development and is very well appointed with everything guests need for a comfortable holiday. The open-plan living room is flooded with light thanks to panoramic windows across two walls. The far wall of the room is a full glass door that looks out over the lake and the mountains beyond. The décor is contemporary with two white sofas and a glass coffee table. The kitchen is at the other end of the space and is very well-equipped with elegant fitted wooden units and a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a Moka coffee machine. The dining area is next to the kitchen, with a table for 4 people.
A glass door leads out from the living area to a spacious, private terrace. Here, guests can dine al fresco and enjoy the stunning vista over the lake.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a large window with great views. It is furnished with a double bed and extensive wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is equally sunny and is furnished with 2 single beds

Location
The apartment is in the small town of Vernate, which is the gateway to Malcantone (10 minutes), a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. The lake shore is just a 5-minute drive. The Lido di Agno (7 minutes) is an ideal spot for kayaking and swimming in the clear lake. Guests will find a selection of supermarkets in the town of Agno (5 minutes). For the freshest local produce, head to the farmers' market, which takes place on Tuesday and Friday mornings in central Lugano (20 minutes)
Lugano is packed with things to see, including MASI, the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. There are many delicious restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy the best of Italian and Swiss cuisines.
The closest international airports are in Italy: Milan Malpensa, 1 hour and 10 minutes by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 35 minute journey.

Le logement est très bien situé et offre une très belle vue, ce qui constitue un réel atout et rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. En revanche, la propreté pourrait être améliorée. Nous avons constaté la présence de nombreuses araignées dans le logement ainsi que plusieurs toiles d’araignée.

Property was located near family. The patio/balcony had lovely views. Kitchen was well appointed, bathrooms clean, and living/ bed room areas were comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, geräumig, modern und ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Lago di Lugano. Auf der Terasse wäre ein Sonnenschirm wünschenswert. Das Haus ist vom Parkplatz nur über 47 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Für gehbehinderte Personen daher eher weniger geeignet. (Die Wohnung selber aber schon). Ein TV ist nicht vorhanden und WLAN wohl auch nicht. Der Abfall kann anfangs Dorf entsorgt werden, dazu ist jedoch ein Schlüssel oder eine Karte nötig, das müsste noch besser im Beschrieb festgehalten werden, wie dies funktioniert. Die Wohnung wurde sicherlich sauber geputzt, aber anscheinend war die letzte Reinigung bereits vor einer oder zwei Wochen erfolgt, sodass etwas Staub und vorallem viele Spinnweben vorhanden waren. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment aber sehr gut gefallen und können es bestens empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung für die Anfahrt und den Bezug der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist schön und ruhig. Es ist jedoch ein Auto notwendig, dann sind eine Vielzahl von Attraktionen leicht erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

الموقع مميز .. منطقة هادئة .. مناظر جميلة .. للوصول للشقة نحتاج للعديد من الدرجات ٤٧ درجة .. مما يصعب وصول ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ونقل الحقائب والأغراض ..تصميم الشقة جميل الاثاث قديم ولكنه كافي .. لايوجد شبك للحشرات على النوافذ لذلك يصعب تركها مفتوحة ليلا كما لاتوجد وسيلة تهوية كمراوح او اي بديل .. الغبار والحشرات الميتة وشبكات العنكبوت في كل مكان .. كان من ضمن الوصف وجود واي فاي متنقل والذي احتاجه جدا لإتمام ارتباطات لدي ولكن لم يكن متوفرا وعند التواصل مع .. المضيف لم يستجيب او يعطي اي رد .. الوصول لمواقع المدينة من الموقع سهل وسريع .
