Soak up the alpine scenery and breathtaking views from this 3rd-floor (with lift) apartment in the heart of Argentière. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is full of Savoyard charm. It is perfect for friends or family who want to escape into the mountains at any time of year. The decor is cosy, with wooden ceilings and panelling throughout. The furniture is traditional, with a sofa and dining table with chairs in the open-plan living area. Large glass doors open onto the private balcony with panoramic mountain views. The café-style table and chairs on the balcony allow guests to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the fresh mountain air. At the other end of the living space, the open kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, fridge, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. On the ground floor of the building, there is a communal sitting area complete with a pool table. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The snug master bedroom, lined with wood is furnished with a double bed 160cm x 180cm Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has a bunk bed. Beds are 90cm x 180cm Bathroom Bathroom 1: En suite to bedroom 1, this bathroom has a rain shower head, hand held shower head, basin and W.C. Bathroom 2: A separate bathroom with similar décor to bathroom 1, the second bathroom and has a shower, basin and W.C. Additional • Balcony • Outside table & chairs • Electric radiators • Partial Under Floor Heating • Shared pool table • Child-friendly • Smoke detector • Ski storage • Near skiing and ski lift • Near ski shuttle bus • Private parking, but car not necessary Location The apartment is in the centre of the village of Argentière, just a 10-minute walk to Les Grands Montets ski lifts which take visitors up to the high mountain slopes all year round. The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger skiers, the Panda Club offers ski lessons and other activities. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing and horse riding. Geneva Airport is a 1 hour, 30 minute drive from the apartment. There are shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18 mins), on the Mont Blanc Express from Argentière station (3-minute walk).

A small, modern apartment in the middle of Argentière. Clean, refurbished and central. Convenient to all shops in the village and with the benefit of parking under the building. It is directly opposite the train line and road so if you want complete mountain solitude, you may want to consider a less central location.
