Quietly nestled on the 1st floor of a small residence, the apartment enjoys a spacious balcony with panoramic sea views. There’s also a shared pool with a lifeguard, sun loungers, plenty of outdoor dining areas and a tennis court (€20/ph). The closest beach is accessible either on foot or by golf cart (in 3 minutes) and benefits from facilities including a bar and sun loungers.
Inside, the apartment features cool tiled floors throughout with a large open-plan kitchen /diner fitted with; a dining table, a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer. The separate living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa.
Accessible through French doors the spacious balcony provides an alfresco extension, that’s perfect for relaxed meals or a cool drink after a day on the beach.

Location
The apartment is a 4-minute drive from the village of Murta Maria on the Gulf of Olbia; a 7-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Porto Istana; and a 10-minute drive from Punta Tronfino a centre for windsurfing and water sports, including diving and kayaking. Alternatively, Spiaggia Su Sarrale (a 10-minute walk) provides another perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming.
In Murta Maria guests will find smaller shops and some excellent seafood restaurants and cafés. From Porto San Paolo (a 10-minute drive) there is a regular boat service to the marine-protected island of Tavolara. This is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant which is run by the island’s current king.
The city of Olbia is just 20 minutes away by car, here visitors will find the famous Basilica di San Simplicio and the city’s farmers’ markets which are held 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo.
The closest international airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda, approximately a 15-minute drive from the property.

Trevlig lägenhet nära badstranden. Stranden var fin och det var gott om plats. Poolområdet var fint med gott om solstolar dock var öppettiderna snåla (10-19). Vi saknade morgondoppet. Lägenheten är fräsch med en fin balkong/uteplats. Vi tyckte att kvällsshowen med babydisco och annan underhållning (varje kväll 21-23) var störande men det beror ju på vad man tycker om. Lägenhetens har ett kök som hade det mesta man behövde för matlagningen men var ganska snålt utrustat med glas och porslin. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i lägenheten och på stränderna runt Olbia. Speciellt kan vi tipsa om den brasilianska restaurangen i Murta Marta Churrascaria Campeira som bjöd på en matupplevelse över det vanliga.

Mooi ruim appartement met ruim terras waar ik wel iets van een loungestoel of ligbedje miste, dat zou een mooie aanvulling zijn. Slaapkamers met eigen badkamers is heel fijn. Aan beide kanten van het appartement een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet hier wel een auto hebben.

We had a great stay! The apartment is spacious and beautiful. It features a wonderful large balcony with a great view of the mountains, while the windows on the other side offer a breathtaking ocean view—absolutely perfect for watching the sunset. The complex is extremely child-friendly, with lush, well-maintained gardens full of colorful flowers and a huge, easily accessible pool with swings nearby for kids. A highlight is the nearby beach: it's within walking distance, never overcrowded, and has crystal-clear water. The impressive granite rocks are ideal for snorkeling, with lots of colorful fish around! The town Olbia is just a quick 15-minute drive away by car—ideal for a lovely evening stroll through the old town. We highly recommend this place! In general I would strongly recommend a car for your stay.

Расположение было великолепное, очень близко и до Ольбии (погулять и заехать в большой супермаркет за продуктами), а так же поблизости прекрасные пляжи. Само жилье просторное и тихое. Приятным бонусом был сам комплекс, где располагалось жильё - поблизости тихий пляж, на територии очень ухожено и много зелени, а так же хороший бар и ресторан (пиццерия и не только), поэтому можно было даже никуда не ездить особо. Так же каждый вечер программа с развлечениями для детей и взрослых, живая музыка. Отличный большой бассейн с душе и лежаками. Отдельно про саму квартиру - прекрасный вид из окон, большая терасса. Кухня со всем необходимым. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые и в полной доступности. Стиральная машина очень пригодилась на ежедневной основе - так как после моря было много стирки. Отдых был приятным, спасибо!
