Easy check in. Place is just as described. Perfect for a large family getaway. Tons of space across multiple floors. Pool was amazing ! Perfect temperature for the summer. The wifi was also good. All essentials were provided other than toilet paper. Great stay, would 100% stay here again next time in Tuscany with a large group. Also very accessible to Florence (about 40 minute drive)

Our group of 7 adults and 5 kids spent a few days at Villa Salivolpe, and we loved it! The check-in and communication with host was very smooth. The house was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for: spacious, private, clean, with breathtaking views of the countryside. The kitchen was fully equipped and had the basics for cooking (oil, salt, etc), it is slightly small for a big group but that wasn't an issue for us. The outdoor areas were many and very spacious, lush with spring flowers and olive trees. We highly recommend this place!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa Salivolpe. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit einer top ausgestatteten Küche. Wir hatten keine Probleme, täglich für 18 hungrige Triathleten zu kochen. Der Garten und die Terasse, vorallem die Aussicht eignen sich herrlich zum Entspannen. Der Pool war zu unserer Jahreszeit leider geschlossen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, allerdings sind sie teilweise recht eng. Die Kommunikation mit happy rentals und mit den Besitzern der Villa lief super. Ich habe stets schnelle Rückmeldungen und Antworten erhalten. Zu Beginn hatten wir Probleme mit dem Boiler, innerhalb 30min war jemand vor Ort. Wor kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für Alles!

Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir waren sechs Familien und haben uns super in den drei Apartments aufteilen können. jeder hatte ein eigenes Bad und wir haben nur die mittlere Küche als Gemeinschaftsküche genutzt. Anfangs wussten wir nicht, wie die klimaanlagen funktionieren, aber uns wurden dann Fernbedienungen gebracht, jeweils eine pro Appartement. Tatsächlich hatten wir Probleme mit dem Strom und in einer Küche ist der Kühlschrank so lange ausgeblieben, dass das Essen leider schlecht wurde. Das hat uns die Stimmung allerdings nicht getrübt. Unser Kontakt war auch immer erreichbar und man hatte nie das Gefühl, dass man alleine gelassen wied. Wir hatten sehr viel spaß im Pool, haben die fantastische Aussicht genossen und viele Ausflüge gemacht. Besonders cool war, dass wir für den Check-out nichts aufräumen mussten, sondern eine komplette Reinigungscrew durch das Haus gegangen ist. Danke für sie schöne Zeit in bella italia.

Notre logement était mitoyen, de ce fait il était impossible de parler ou laisser les enfants jouaient librement par crainte de représailles. Notre piscine est quasi collée à la piscine de l’autre logement, elles sont à 3m de distance et séparées par une petite haie. Il était peu évident d’en profiter pleinement (pas de musique, pas de rigolades…) Pour un week-end en famille, nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de ce logement, nous sommes partis en extérieur le plus souvent possible. Le logement en lui même était acceptable, mais les ustensiles de cuisines n’étaient pas très propres. Les salles de bains mériteraient des travaux. Nous avons eu des dégâts des eaux après chaque utilisation des baignoires. Absence de télécommandes pour une utilisation complète des climatiseurs. Il serait judicieux de laisser des sacs poubelles et des torchons pour la cuisine. L’hôte reste disponible et réactif.
