L'appartamento è ben strutturato pulito, presenta tutta l'oggettistica (sia in cucina sia in bagno sia nelle camere) necessaria. La posizione è ottimale per vistare il centro di Genova. Decisamente un plus è il parcheggio. La zona è residenziale e tranquilla.

Totul a fost excelent. Am riscat cu aceasta cazare deoarece la momentul rezervarii nu avea niciun review pe booking, insa a fost peste asteptari. Bucatarie totata cu absolut orice, air fryer, plita cu inductie, frigider, etc. Locatia este foarte, foarte buna, 15 minute pana la port, la 1 minut distanta aveti Carrefour expres, un parc superb lânga.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement qui correspondait parfaitement aux photos, idéalement situé avec une place de parking. En revanche le sol n’était pas d’une extrême propreté, la machine à café annoncée dans la description absente, et la machine à laver n’essore plus… Sinon bon appartement a une situation très centrale.

Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi. La posizione e’ molto buona,con 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro città,con una 20na di minuti all’acquario,anche la stazione di Brignole è relativamente vicina a piedi. La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente ed è ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie,lavatrice,forno a microonde,fornetto elettrico, tv, condizionatori, phon e quant’altro), il parcheggio è un plus notevole,così come i cancelli e le zanzariere in tutte le finestre. Buoni gli spazi interni con un salottino e 2 camere da letto abbastanza spaziose. I lati negativi,a mio avviso, sono la tipologia stessa dell’appartamento (e’ un seminterrato, se si aprono le finestre sei praticamente in mezzo alla strada, e’ molto umida),la mancanza di un bidet e di un forno vero e proprio, la pressione dell’acqua bassa (ogni tanto faticava a ricaricare il water).Anche lo spazio fuori è praticamente inesistente. Nel complesso la consiglio a chi ha in mente di girare parecchio, usandola solo per passarci poco tempo.

Nous nous sommes trompés de logement par manque d'instructions mais cela n'a pas été en notre défaveur (logement plus grand que prévu). Le logement est très bien mais les sols n'étaient pas aussi propres qu'espérés. Des rideaux aux fenêtres seraient les bien venus. En tout cas, l'hôte a toujours été très réactif à nos questions/demandes.

Great location. The power went out at 10pm (flipped breaker) and we lost all AC WiFi and lights. We tried to contact the local property manager and my communications were never answered. I fixed it myself in the morning when there was light but we had a terrible sleep in a very hot apartment.

The place is nice, quite central and well equipped. we had some issues with the cribs for the kids and the communication was very cumbersome having to dial 3 different numbers and interfacing with multiple people all the time. beside this it was ok, just bear in mind that the parking spot is very very tight and it requires extensive parking skills to get in and out without scratches.

Totul a fost excelent. Am riscat cu aceasta cazare deoarece la momentul rezervarii nu avea niciun review pe booking, insa a fost peste asteptari. Bucatarie totata cu absolut orice, air fryer, plita cu inductie, frigider, etc. Locatia este foarte, foarte buna, 15 minute pana la port, la 1 minut distanta aveti Carrefour expres, un parc superb lânga.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement qui correspondait parfaitement aux photos, idéalement situé avec une place de parking. En revanche le sol n’était pas d’une extrême propreté, la machine à café annoncée dans la description absente, et la machine à laver n’essore plus… Sinon bon appartement a une situation très centrale.

Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi. La posizione e’ molto buona,con 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro città,con una 20na di minuti all’acquario,anche la stazione di Brignole è relativamente vicina a piedi. La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente ed è ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie,lavatrice,forno a microonde,fornetto elettrico, tv, condizionatori, phon e quant’altro), il parcheggio è un plus notevole,così come i cancelli e le zanzariere in tutte le finestre. Buoni gli spazi interni con un salottino e 2 camere da letto abbastanza spaziose. I lati negativi,a mio avviso, sono la tipologia stessa dell’appartamento (e’ un seminterrato, se si aprono le finestre sei praticamente in mezzo alla strada, e’ molto umida),la mancanza di un bidet e di un forno vero e proprio, la pressione dell’acqua bassa (ogni tanto faticava a ricaricare il water).Anche lo spazio fuori è praticamente inesistente. Nel complesso la consiglio a chi ha in mente di girare parecchio, usandola solo per passarci poco tempo.

😀 sehr schöne Einrichtung und sehr sauber 👏🏼👍🏼 top Lage und ruhig , man ist schnell im Zentrum zu Fuß und einen Einkaufslade ist genau dahinter . Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Hoffe auf ein baldiges wieder kommen 😊

Nous nous sommes trompés de logement par manque d'instructions mais cela n'a pas été en notre défaveur (logement plus grand que prévu). Le logement est très bien mais les sols n'étaient pas aussi propres qu'espérés. Des rideaux aux fenêtres seraient les bien venus. En tout cas, l'hôte a toujours été très réactif à nos questions/demandes.

Die Unterkunft war super in Ordnung. Tolle Lage, um Genua zu erkunden. Etwas Schwierigkeiten hatten wir den Warmwasserboiler zu finden. Beschreibung, wie man zum Parkplatz gelangt fehlte. Das war zunächst sehr verwirrend.

Great location. The power went out at 10pm (flipped breaker) and we lost all AC WiFi and lights. We tried to contact the local property manager and my communications were never answered. I fixed it myself in the morning when there was light but we had a terrible sleep in a very hot apartment.

The place is nice, quite central and well equipped. we had some issues with the cribs for the kids and the communication was very cumbersome having to dial 3 different numbers and interfacing with multiple people all the time. beside this it was ok, just bear in mind that the parking spot is very very tight and it requires extensive parking skills to get in and out without scratches.

The location was good with car parking at the property....a great ice cream place around the corner and an express supermarket. Also, a 2.30min drive to Monaco and 45 minutes to Portofino.
