Wir wurden am späten Abend über das Wasserproblem informiert und veranlassten umgehend eine Wartung, die das Problem bereits am nächsten Morgen behoben hat. Das Anwesen war nie zwei Tage lang ohne heißes Wasser. Was das elektrische Tor anbelangt, so war unser Team innerhalb von fünf Minuten vor Ort. Das Tor funktionierte einwandfrei - es ließ sich nur nicht schließen, wenn das Auto vor dem Sicherheitssensor geparkt war, ein kleines Detail, das oft übersehen wird. Wir boten auch einen frühen Check-in und einen späten Check-out ohne zusätzliche Kosten an - eine Gefälligkeit, die leider nicht erwähnt wurde. Wir sind stets bemüht, unsere Gäste zu unterstützen, auch wenn die Herausforderungen nicht ganz so groß sind, wie sie zu sein scheinen.
