It is the ideal base for family or friends who want to explore this fascinating city at any time of year. On the 3rd floor (with lift) of a residential building, less than 10 minutes walk from the city’s Centro Storico, the apartment is fully appointed for a comfortable stay. The living/dining room is furnished with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a fridge/freezer. There is also a second dining table for quick snacks. A glass door opens up from the kitchen to a private balcony. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds. Bedroom 3: This spacious bedroom has a double bed and a smaller single bed, with a wardrobe, drawers and a balcony. Extra: One of the sofas in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: This tiled bathroom has a full bath with a shower head, basin, bidet and WC. Bathroom 2: A smaller bathroom which has a shower, basin, bidet and WC. This lively area appeals to all ages and includes restaurants, shops, the modern Aquarium di Genova, the biosphere, an outdoor swimming pool and the Vascello Neptune, a replica of a 17th Century galleon. In the city’s “Centro Storico”, visitors can enjoy the elegant squares and palaces. The Palazzo Spinola National Gallery (13 minutes) is worth a visit. The glorious Romanesque San Lorenzo cathedral is a 16-minute walk and Piazza de Ferrari is just 17 minutes. guests can easily explore the city and experience authentic city life. Other museums and galleries are within easy walking distance. Genova is famous for its fine food and has many excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. To fully appreciate the city and its food, the best market is the Mercato Orientale in Via XX Settembre (17 minutes by public transport). Otherwise, there are street markets every day across most of the city. Genova’s International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the apartment.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, non loin du centre de Gênes. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le manque d'explications pour arriver à l'appartement, une fois que l'on se trouve dans l'immeuble. Nous avons dû appeler le/la responsable et ce n'est qu'après le coup de fil, qu'une petite vidéo explicative nous a été envoyée. Pourquoi ne pas envoyer cette vidéo avant l'arrivée des locataires? Ce serait un stress en moins pour eux !

el apartamento está muy bien ubicado y bonito,la empresa que lo administra, no lo realiza bien porque primero, llegar hasta el mismo no es fácil y nos encontramos con la puerta de entrada del edificio cerrada por ser fin de semana,nos abrió un habitante del edificio, después había manchas desagradables en todos los cobertores de las camas,no había horno en la cocina y no había útiles de cocina para 6 personas, ejemplo faltaban tazas para el desayuno

L'appartamento è grande in una buona posizione. Le coperte, il divano sporchi e i mobili sono un po' fatiscenti. Il frigo è molto arrugginito. C'è un odore di fondo di fumatori. Abbiamo prenotato per 8 ma abbiamo dovuto fare il divano letto. Erano presenti solo due metà rotoli di carta igienica. L'appartamento ha molte potenzialità non sfruttate.

Le logement est grand et bien situé, pour visiter Gênes à pieds c'est super. Par contre le ménage n'a pas été fait à notre arrivée. L'hôte a été très réactif et a su régler le problème très rapidement. Nous avons également été dedommagés donc c'est super.

Airbnb bien pour un week-end mais pas plus. Le logement est assez grand mais très ancien et pas assez entretenu. L'évier de la salle de bain était bouché, le frigo rouillé. Concernant la propreté les chambres sont assez propres dommage que le canapé lit n'est pas était aspirer car en effet à l'ouverture dés saletés était présente. Pour finir la communication avec l'équipe locale est plutôt bonne seule bémol pour le code des clés qui n'était pas bon et pour l'emplacement du boîtier assez difficile a trouver.
