Location Stella Marina is on the edge of the Gargano National Park which stretches from high peaks to the coast and ensures that the region is well protected. There are many magnificent hiking routes within the park. The region is known for its pristine beaches and clear seas. Stella Marina is a 5-minute walk from the coast and the famous beach of Cala Dei Colombi is a 3-minute drive. The beautiful town of Vieste is 5 minutes away and has all the local amenities guests might need, including a popular food market (Mondays) selling local produce. There are also many good restaurants serving local seafood. For something a bit different visitors can take a ferry to the Tremiti Islands. These two small islands are part of the Gargano National Park. They are both wildlife sanctuaries and home to stunning beaches, which are ideal for snorkelling. The closest airport is at Bari 2 hours and 25 minutes away.
