Family Village is a 4-star resort with 64 units, bedrooms and apartments, built in the traditional Puglian style.
The open-plan studio is reached via a charming arched veranda, which acts as an outdoor dining room, for meals al fresco. This opens onto the seating area, with a sofa, a sofa bed and storage. Next to this is the kitchenette-dining area with a table for 4 and a tiled, fitted kitchen equipped with a cooker hob, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer.
Beyond this is a double bed with further storage and a door leading out to a 2nd terrace.
The resort offers a wide range of facilities, including a shared pool, entertainment for all ages, a safe children’s play area, a supermarket, a newsagent, a restaurant and bar, a boutique, an ATM and a full-time reception to help with any queries.

The living room has a double bed, 2 single beds, a wardrobe and an air conditioner.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom is divided into 2 rooms, one equipped with a box shower and basin. The other has a bidet and WC.

Extra Charges and Information
Please note that a baby cot is available for EUR 70 per week, payable on site.
Umbrellas and loungers on the beach are available on request for an additional fee, with shuttle service payable on-site.
A €100 deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out.
A €50 cleaning fee will be withheld from the deposit if the kitchen is left dirty with unwashed dishes.
Location
The resort is on the Adriatic coast between Torre dell’Orso and Otranto. It is close to some of the most stunning beaches in Salento, including Baia dei Turchi (13 minutes) and the Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea bathing rocks (10 minutes). Guests have direct access to their own sandy beach, which is blessed with crystal-clear sea.
Away from the coast, the famous Alimini lakes are a haven for bird watchers. Alimini Grande is just a 4-minute drive from the resort. Here visitors can enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming, or they can hire canoes.
The peaceful port town of Otranto (18 minutes) makes a lovely day out. Here, visitors can enjoy the castle, a lively port and excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday morning) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home. If you miss the market, there are several supermarkets in the town.
The closest airport is in Brindisi, a 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car.

A beautiful resort with pleasant surroundings and a pool. I just wish there had been information about the pool’s hours of operation and the requirement to wear swim caps. The apartment was adequately equipped, though it was missing a dish sponge and a dish towel. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It’s less than a kilometer to the sea, or you can drive part of the way and then walk the rest.

A piscina estava em reforma e não havíamos sido informados. Apto ok. Mas poucos utensílios na cozinha (sem esponja, detergente pra lavar louça, sem pano prato). Wi-Fi precária e sinal mal chegava no bangalô. Estrutura boa mas no momento pré temperada, bem razoável.

The swimming pool typically opens in June, so during the renovation period it is not considered part of the stay or included in the facilities. We also did not receive any complaints during your stay; had we been informed, we would of course have immediately provided the welcome kit, which normally includes a sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a dishcloth. The same applies to the Wi-Fi: we always intervene promptly when we are made aware of any issues. Piccolo appartamento con cucinotto in villaggio con piscina in zona ideale per visitare le rinomate.spiagge del Salento nord orientale.....a pochi km da Otranto e a poco più di 30 da Lecce.... Ideale per famiglie con bambini......noi in realtà eravamo 4 adulti ma siamo riusciti ugualmente a gestire gli spazi e l'unico bagno..... veranda esterna molto ombrata che abbiamo spesso usato per i pasti ......unica pecca i cuscini troppo piccoli e i materassi dei letti singoli più adatti, appunto, a dei bambini che a un 62enne di oltre 90 chili, ma per 5 notti sì può resistere.... Indispensabile il climatizzatore ben posizionato.....Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio di ristorazione sia perché non previsto nella nostra formula sia perché abbiamo preferito preparazioni casalinghe o uscite, ma altri potrebbero avere altre esigenze quindi fa' comodo sapere che c'è Bari e ristorante.... chioschetto nei pressi della piscina, lettini con ombrelloni o ombra degli alberi....che dire.... tutto ok

Het zwembad en de buiten ruimte is keurig onderhouden en netjes. De kamer is niet hygiënisch. De vaat was niet goed afgewassen, onze koffiemachine was kapot en we hadden een verblijf van 6 dagen waarin we geen schoonmaak hadden, ook geen schone handdoeken, geen wc papier. Geen theedoek aanwezig, een vies sponsje van de vorige gebruikers waar je mee moest afwassen. De keuken scharnieren waren ook smerig.
