The apartment is located in a building with a total of four apartments. The apartment we were in is the largest. Everything is new and very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The building is not yet finished so you should expect some noise. I believe it will stop when the works are finished. A big advantage is the underground garage. Communication with the owners is excellent and picking up the keys is very easy. I recommend this apartment to those who want a quiet part of the city and are not bothered by the fact that the beach is 1 km away.

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Posizione tranquilla a 1 km dal mare raggiungibile facilmente e comodamente a piedi. Ottima zona se si viaggia con il cane. In 5 adulti siamo stati bene. Ci ritorneremo!

В этом жилье есть свои плюсы и минусы . Плюсы: Это новая квартира с подземным гаражом.Очень хорошо работает кондиционер воздуха и он установлен во всех жилых комнатах. Пляж в 1 километре от жилья.Не далеко ,в 5 минутах ходьбы расположена отличная кондитерская и торговые центры также в 10 минутах езды на машине. Есть балкон и сушилка для белья ,стиральная и моечная машина.Минусы:Квартира не рассчитана на 6 человек! Очень не удобно готовить, Кухонная плита в гостиной комнате ,где спят ещё 2 человека.Нет пылесоса, кухня не оснащена всем необходимым,отсутствует разделочная доска,средство для мытья индукционной плиты,нет пылесоса и щёткой невозможно нормально подмести пол, ужасный интернет , Зеркало только в ванной комнате ,шкаф для туалетных пренодлежностей очень не удобный и стоит на полу - это открытые полки ,крючков для полотенец нет, кровать в гостиной комнате очень сильно скрипит ,мусорных контейнеров нет,каждый день нужно утром выносить на улицу только один вид мусора ! Цена не соотв
