Explore the glamorous Costa Smeralda from this stylish apartment for 6. On the first-floor of a contemporary residence, Rotondo Dream Suite 1 makes an ideal base for friends and family. A short walk from the centre of Porto Rotondo and 4 minutes from the beach, the residence is very well situated for an exciting holiday. The apartment is light and airy with high ceilings and a spacious open-plan living area, complete with sliding glass doors leading out to a rustic, shaded balcony. Guests can enjoy meals al fresco on the balcony thanks to the dining table for 6. Back indoors there is a sofa, a flat-screen TV, another dining table and a sleek kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, a Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer. An attractive staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom. The shared pool is set in picturesque countryside. There are many sun loungers where guests can relax after a refreshing swim. The pool is open from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00. The beaches at Punta Volpe (8 minutes), Marinella (9 minutes) and Ira (7 minutes) are famously lovely. After a day by the sea visitors are spoiled for choice with the many excellent restaurants and bars in the town. In the summer months, Porto Rotondo’s marina (6 minutes) is home to some of the most expensive yachts in the world. An evening stroll around the port offers a glimpse of the international jet set. From June to August the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning. For self-catering there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by. Alternatively, in Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (20 minutes) Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive.

L’host è stato molto disponibile e attento, sempre pronto a rispondere velocemente a qualsiasi domanda. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno piacevolissimo e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. appartamento molto bello situato in un'ottima posizione: a piedi si arriva velocemente al porto e alle zone centrali di Porto Rotondo. Pulizia impeccabile e Patrizia, l'host che si è occupata di noi, gentilissima. Unica cosa ricordarsi la cuffia per la piscina perché altrimenti bisogna comprarne una e costa 10€

Boendet var fint och motsvarande beskrivningen bra! Snabba svar från lokal värd! Gångavstånd till hamnen med massor av restauranger och annat att titta på. 4 i betyg! Porto Rotondo är mycket fint om än fullt av överklass och dyrt! Det är nära att köra till fina stränder och sevärdheter. Olbia är också en pärla värd att besöka! Den stora besvikelsen var poolen. Vi bokade detta som sista boendet på resan mycket pga tillgång till pool för barnen. Men det visade sig att vistelse i poolen är kraftigt reglerad. Man får inte hoppa i, inte plaska, inte leka, inte ha en boll eller andra leksaker och det är krav på badmössa… Mycket märkligt och ej beskrivet i annonsen. Baden i havet på olika platser var fantastiskt men tillgång till bad och lek i pool på eftermiddagarna hade höjt det ytterligare, nu blev det inte mycket av den varan..

Appartement très bien situé et très propre. Lors de notre séjour, il faisait très chaud et l'air climatisée ne suffisait pas à refroidir la mezzanine et la chambre. Il nous a fallu 2 ventilateurs. À noter, il vous faut un casque de bain pour accéder à la magnifique piscine. Aussi, certains items de base comme du savon à main dans la salle de bain et des sacs poubelle n'étaient pas fournis. Finalement, la cuisine ne contient pas de four comme mentionné dans l'annonce, mais seulement un micro-ondes.

Le logement est conforme à la description : propre, bien situé et à quelques minutes à pied du port, ce qui est très pratique. Le cadre est agréable et l’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos de l’annonce. En revanche, nous avons regretté le manque d’instructions claires : il n’y avait pas d’indications précises sur la localisation exacte de l’appartement dans la résidence, ni sur l’emplacement des poubelles ou l’accès à la piscine. Par ailleurs, le wifi annoncé était inexistant durant notre séjour, ce qui peut poser problème pour certains voyageurs. Un séjour globalement agréable, mais qui gagnerait à être un peu mieux encadré par des informations pratiques.
