Escape to this cool loft-style apartment in one of Sardinia’s chicest resorts! Rotondo Dream Suite 3 is a first-floor apartment for 6, in an attractive property with a shared outdoor swimming pool. It is the perfect holiday base for family or friends who want to relax and explore this famously beautiful region of Italy. The entrance to the apartment is via an attractive outside staircase which leads to the rustic private balcony. Here guests can enjoy meals al fresco thanks to the dining table for 6. Sliding glass doors lead into the open-plan living area. This is furnished with a dining table, next to the fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer. At the far end of the room, guests will find a sofa and a staircase leading up to the mezzanine bedroom. The shared pool is in a picturesque setting. There are many sun loungers where guests can relax after a refreshing swim. The pool is open from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00. Swimming caps are mandatory. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The mezzanine bedroom looks out over the dining area and has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable double bed. Bathroom A tiled bathroom with a shower, bidet, basin and WC. Some of Sardinia’s finest beaches are close by. The beaches at Punta Volpe (8 minutes), Marinella (9 minutes) and Ira (7 minutes) are famously lovely. After a day by the sea visitors are spoiled for choice with the many excellent restaurants and bars in the town. In the summer months, Porto Rotondo’s marina (6 minutes) is home to some of the most expensive yachts in the world. An evening stroll around the port offers a glimpse of the international jet set. From June to August the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning. For self-catering there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by. Alternatively, in Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (20 minutes) Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive.

Lo mejor fue la atencion de Patricia que se acomodo a nuestros horarios, nos consiguio hasta gorros para la piscina para las niñas y nos ayudo a resolver un problema. Un 10 para ella. El apartamento aunque es muy pequeño, tiene de todo, esta muy bien ubicado, puedes ir andando a la playa y al centro de puerto rotondo. La piscina esta muy bien. Tiene Wifi, aunque no va muy bien ya es algo, en comparacion con el resto de alojamientos donde estuvimos. Las camas son comodas y los utensilios de cocina estan nuevos. Todo muy limpio

Location conforme aux photos, bien équipée et cadre très agréable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Prévoir un bonne de bains pour la piscine et si possible il faudrait laisser une clé pour le local poubelle mais l’accueil par notre hôte sur place était top!

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung in angenhemer Lage! Sehr sauber und ziemlich neu. Basisausstattung ist vorhanden, auch wenn Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Geschirrspültabs oder Klopapier sehr sparsam bemessen sind (je 1 Stück). Kommunikation vor Ort leider etwas schwierig, wenn man kein Italienisch spricht. Deswegen die richtige Müllinsel erst nach Umrundung der Anlage gefunden (Tipp: sie ist beim Kreisverkehr!). Auch der Pool liegtwohl etwas versteckt. Nach dem Hinweis auf die Badehaubenpflicht haben wir ihn aber auch nicht gesucht.
