Baveno is known for its historic villas, including the 19th-century Villa Fedora (a 7-minute walk). The villa’s gardens are now a public park which extends to the shoreline and a pretty beach, providing a peaceful escape for visitors all year round. Guests can also take a boat tour from the harbour to explore the three Borromean Islands, Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori. Families with children will enjoy Aquadventure Park (a 30-minute walk / 5-minute drive). Piazza della Chiesa and the historic Church of Santi Gervasio e Protasio (a 3-minute walk) are a must for lovers of art and culture. Here, guests will find a collection of frescoes and paintings, including those adorning the square's elegant arched walkway. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy Garden Alpinia in Alpino (a 20-minute drive) and the nearby Mottarone Mountain (a 35-minute drive) with panoramic views across the Lake. Appartement spacieux parfait pour une famille. L'équipement est simple niveau meuble et vaisselle, juste suffisant pour quatre. L'appartement a les inconvenients de ses avantages: proche de tout et donc il faut etre à l'aise avec le bruit et la vie de village. Embarcadère pour les iles en bas de la rue et plage à 10 minutes à pied. Envie d'une glace? il n'y a qu'a descendre au rez-de chaussée. Mais il y a aussi la file sous vos fenetres jusqu'à 22h45. Des courses à faire? il y a une superette juste derrière. Envie d'un resto? il n'y a qu'a descendre.

L’appartement est idéalement situé dans Baveno. Un parking gratuit est situé juste à côté et tout est faisable à pied ensuite. Nous avons été surpris par la taille du logement qui est vraiment grand! Nous n’y sommes restés que deux nuits mais cet appartement serait idéal pour un séjour d’une semaine ou plus à 4 personnes. La communication a été très bonne et les instructions très claires. Il est important de noter qu’un restaurant ce situe en contrebas. Il y a donc forcément du bruit jusque tard. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais c’est une chose à savoir. La petite terrasse qui court tout autour de l’appartement est très agréable. Merci à Francesca et son équipe!

Die Wohnung und deren Lage waren super! Gratis-Parkplätze der Gemeinde in Gehdistanz zur Wohnung. Der Lage entsprechend ist am Abend in den Gassen der Lärmpegel relativ hoch, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, die Fenster mit Fensterläden gewährleisten aber eine gute Durchlüftung in der Nacht. Die Wohnungs- und Küchenausstattung (inkl. Geschirrspüler) ist perfekt. Alles in Allem war die Wohnung für uns (Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern) ideal. Auch das kleine Willkommensgeschenk beim Betreten der Wohnung zeigt bereits eine sehr gute Qualität der Vermieterschaft.

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und die Lage ist sehr gut. Check-in und check-out sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Bei dem Schloss der Haustüre muss man etwas herausfinden wie die Eigenheiten sind, nicht ganz einfach zu bedienen.

Appartement situé dans la zone pietonne mais possibilité de se garer gratuitement à 150m au dessus. L'appartement a les inconvenients de ses avantages: proche de tout et donc il faut etre à l'aise avec un peu de bruit et la vie de village. Embarcadère pour les iles en bas de la rue et plage à 10 minutes à pied. Des courses à faire? il y a une superette juste derrière. Envie d'un resto? il n'y a qu'a descendre dans la rue. Envie d'une glace? une gelateria au rez-de chaussée (Mais il y a aussi la file sous vos fenetres jusqu'à 22h45). Parfait avec des ados. Peut etre moins avec des enfants en bas age qui ont besoin de dormir.
