This laterally arranged one-story property has been painted in typical Mediterranean colours and features a terracotta tiled floor throughout. A spacious loggia provides a breezy alfresco extension to the main accommodation with plenty of space for sunbathing, enjoying a morning coffee, an aperitif or leisurely evening meals. Inside, the main open-plan living space is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates a kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, and a fridge freezer. There’s also a private garden where you can quietly unwind with a book and a shared unheated pool perfect for cooling off in the height of summer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed with a single pullout and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a tourist tax of €2 per day per person to be paid locally. Location The property is located on the outskirts of the Porto San Paolo resort, a marine protected area on the northeastern coastline of Sardinia. The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara that dominates the coastal landscape. The town centres around a small marina (a 7-minute drive) where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara Island and enjoy the various boutiques, restaurants and bars. There is a restaurant and a grocery store, a 4-minute drive away. Beach lovers will enjoy Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina (a 10-minute drive) and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo (an 8-minute drive), which are great places for snorkelling. Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are also within easy reach, La Cinta (an 8-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (a 15-minute drive), and the hidden beaches of Capo Coda Cavallo, (Cala Randinchi and Salina Bamba) which are often referred to as the "Tahiti of Sardinia", are also a 15-minute drive from the accommodation. There are also many sporting activities available nearby, such as surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf. Olbia airport is a 20-minute drive from the property, whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 22-minute drive from the accommodation.
