Lo mejor era la limpieza, la ubicación también era muy buena aunque tenías que caminar 10 min hasta el centro y bajar y subir unas escaleras mortales jajajaj. En nuestro caso nos dieron el apartamento sin vistas al lago, pero bueno. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, menos lavadora. Pero en general lo recomendamos mucho!

Like in WhatsApp: Good afternoon, Thank you for the nice stay in Lugano, we had a very good time. The apartment was welcoming and it was great to come back at the end of a hot day to air conditioning. We tried to leave the apartment as tidy as possible, to hopefully make the cleaning process a little easier for you. Just some feedback to improve the already nice stay for the next guests: - a (tall) broom to keep the place clean during the stay. - a sharp(er) kitchen knife. - a bigger blanket. The one right now is a single blanket and was much smaller than the bedsheet. - The gas tap in the kitchen could not be turned on. - one dishwasher tab is not enough for a week, so we had to buy our own - one dish towel is maybe slightly little for a week - as well as one set of bath towels We wish you a nice weekend. Als erstes bekamen wir 2 Flaschen Champagner spendiert. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet. Das Stadtzentrum war in nur 3–5 Minuten bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders praktisch waren die sehr guten Busverbindungen. Vor allem die Buslinie 2 fährt alle wichtigen Ziele an, sodass man praktisch direkt vor der Unterkunft einsteigen und viele Orte bequem erreichen konnte. Auch das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert und war unsere Rettung bei dieser Hitze.

Sie war in der Nähe des Ortes. Dadurch, dass es eine Klimaanlage hatte, war es drinnen angenehm kühl. Die Informationen fürs einchecken waren gut beschrieben. Das Bett war bequem.
