Inside Marina Apartment, features an open-plan living space furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a small kitchen fitted with a Mokka coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge/freezer. Sleeping Bedroom: The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. The neighbouring resort of Porto Cesareo is known for its beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town’s weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses. The historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where, if you go early, you can pick up the freshest catch of the day. The closest international airport is Brindisi, approximately a 55-minute drive.
