Ljubljana is approximately 55 minutes away by car, making the farm stay suitable for combining peaceful countryside living with day trips to the Slovenian capital. The Bloke Plateau, around 20 minutes away, offers hiking and mountain-bike trails as well as cross-country skiing in winter. Rakov Škocjan Nature Park can be reached in approximately 25 minutes. The wider region is known for some of Slovenia's most distinctive natural attractions. Križna Jama cave is approximately 28 minutes away, while Lake Cerknica and Notranjska Regional Park can be reached in around 45 minutes, offering excellent opportunities for exploring the karst landscape and wildlife of southern Slovenia. A car is recommended for exploring the area.
