In the winter season, there is good access to the slopes, as Plan Praz Cable Car station is just a 15-minute walk from the building. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. For expert skiers, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is also only a 15-minute walk from the apartment. In the summer months, the high mountain meadows and hiking trails are easy to reach for hiking or mountain biking. There is also white-water rafting, rock climbing, golf and horse riding nearby. For self-catering, try Chamonix’s weekly market (Saturday mornings) in Place du Mont-Blanc, a 15-minute walk away.
