The main farmhouse has been divided to house 4 separate apartments that share the surrounding facilities with a separate annexe. Guests can relax in the expansive garden, make use of the BBQ, table tennis, children's games or enjoy lazy afternoons basking around the panoramic swimming pool. Inside the air-conditioned retreat, comprises a kitchen that’s equipped with a dining table, a Smart satellite TV, a coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge. It is the ideal base for travellers who want a quiet rural base that’s close to major cultural sights. Visitors will find themselves surrounded by classic Tuscan scenery—rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves and cypress-lined lanes, The closest restaurant is a 3-minute drive away, there are several supermarkets within a 5-minute drive, and every Friday there is a market selling local produce in Piazza Berni / Via Gramsci Lamporecchio. The area is best known for Montalbano DOCG, a quality wine, and IGP Toscano extra virgin olive oil. For a taste of local culture and art, the charming city of Florence lies approximately 50 minutes away by car. Whilst Luca, known for its Renaissance walls and gardens, is a 40-minute drive from the property. Other popular excursions include trips to the elegant spa town of Montecatini Terme with thermal baths and a funicular to Montecatini Alto (a 25-minute drive) or a visit to Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, with its museums, historic towers, and beautiful countryside (a 10-15-minute drive). For beach days, the coast is approximately a 1-hour drive away. The closest international airports are Florence Airport (FLR) – Amerigo Vespucci Airport, approximately a 45–55-minute drive away, or Pisa International Airport (PSA), which is approximately a 50–60-minute drive away.
