The spacious living/dining room has a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. Glass doors lead onto the garden. The modern kitchen is next to the sitting room. It is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Moka coffee maker, plus a table and chairs for quick snacks. French windows lead from the kitchen to one of the two outdoor dining areas. The fully fenced garden includes a private swimming pool, an attractive shaded dining area and seating for sundowners Sleeping Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom furnished with a double bed, a single bed, flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. Glass doors give direct access to the garden Bedroom 2: This second bedroom also has a double and a single bed, plus a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and doors onto the garden. Location In the heart of Mugello, the house is surrounded by woods, vineyards and nature trails which guests can explore on foot or by bicycle. For self-catering, there are several supermarkets and grocery stores within a 10-minute drive from the house. For the freshest local ingredients, Vicchio hosts a weekly market in Piazza 6 Marzo (8 minutes), every Thursday morning. And if you want to visit Florence, no problem! Vicchio railway station is just a 5-minute drive from the house. From here, there are direct trains to the centre of Florence. In just 50 minutes, you will be in the heart of the Tuscan capital, without having to worry about traffic and parking. Florence airport is a 55-minute drive, and Bologna’s Guglielmo Marconi airport is just 1 hour and 20 minutes.
