To the right is a neat kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and small fridge. There is also a dining table for two. The studio is centrally located, so guests will find all amenities within walking distance. It is only a 15-minute walk from Polignano a Mare’s most famous beach, Lama Monachile. This stretch of coast is known for its pristine beaches and sparkling sea. It is an ideal combination of history, culture and beach life. Down the coast, visitors will find the town of Monopoli (15 minutes), one of Italy’s hidden gems. Known for its lively bars and nightlife, the town’s cathedral and the Castello di Carlo are also worth visiting. 
Away from the sea, Alberobello, (35 minutes) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as one of the centres of Italy’s Slow Food Movement. The town is a must-see. It is famous for its traditional Trulli houses and excellent restaurants. The closest airport is at Bari, a 45-minute drive from the apartment.
