A spacious and bright house overlooking Lake Maggiore, offering our guests a wonderful panoramic view. The property is located in the heart of the ancient village of Scaiano, just a few metres from the Italian border. In this small medieval village, you can breathe in history and it feels as if time has stood still. There are two large terraces with lake views, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. There is easy access from the ground floor to the entrance of the house. On the right is the ultra-modern kitchen, equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, while on the left is a room available for relaxation or privacy for a business meeting, with a bathroom with shower located right next to the room. Continuing from the kitchen, there is a large, bright living room with large doors/windows that give access to the large terrace. The terrace is spectacular, with a table for lunch or dinner with friends and, why not, the possibility of an aperitif with a view of the lake and a feeling of privilege. The beauty of the place will leave you speechless. Inside the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms, one of which is a double room with a door/window overlooking the lake and a balcony that connects to the large terrace on the upper floor. The second bedroom has a window and two single beds that can also be joined together. The upper floor is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub and a door/window that opens onto the large terrace.
