On the first floor of a modern residence, the apartment offers wonderful mountain views. The open-plan living area is full of light, thanks to the glass doors, which lead onto the balcony. Here, guests can dine al fresco, enjoying the clear mountain air. Back indoors, the décor is contemporary and comfortable. It is furnished with a sofa and an armchair. The dining table is next to the seating area and a new, fitted kitchen is at the other end of the room. The sleek kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine for easy catering. The nearby slopes are ideal for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger skiers, the Panda Club ski school is just a 5-minute drive. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, the choice of activities is endless; stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. For self-catering, Argentière’s weekly market is on Sunday mornings (in season) for the freshest local produce. Chamonix’s market, Place du Mont Blanc (14-minute drive), takes place every Saturday morning throughout the year. Geneva airport is a 1 hour 25-minute drive from the apartment. There are regular rail services between Argentière and Chamonix on the Mont Blanc Express. Argentière station is a 1-minute walk.
