Everything. The staff at Happy Rentals especially, could not do enough for me. The apartment itself is clearly very new and finished to a very high spec. Beautiful comfortable bed, great quality linens, tropical overhead shower, good use of space, and a boot-drying stand in the entrance porch which is a superb feature for winter skiers/summer hikers. Just a lovely calm space with air conditioning and heating perfectly balanced.

Overall the apartment was ok, but not a very good value for the price. For the good the location was near a bus stop that could get you to the center or directly to Brévent and the busses aren’t full there yet. Overall it was clean but there were hairs on the sheets/duvet in one room. For the bad the WiFi didn’t work (they brought us a portable travel WiFi but it also didn’t work), there was no coffee provided, the aforementioned hair, and the door was very challenging to lock and unlock until you got used to it. The beds were also not very comfortable and windows had no treatments on them so you had to go outside to close shutters. Mildly inconvenient was not having the keys at the apartment but at a central location in the village where you retrieved and dropped off the key. Overall the place was fine but it was definitely not worth the price paid.
