The town combines long sandy beaches, a lively promenade, and a characterful old town, where Roman ruins and medieval streets sit above the modern seafront. The closest beach and the promenade are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Another of Terracina’s highlights is its strategic location for exploring southern Lazio. The Temple of Jupiter Anxur, is a 10-minute drive away and the picturesque, whitewashed hill town of Sperlonga, known for its beaches and historic centre, a 20-minute drive away. Gaeta, with its vibrant harbour, excellent seafood restaurants, and scenic coastal walks a 35-minute drive.
