The area is known for its natural beauty, fine sandy shores and clear blue seas. The apartment is close to some of Salento’s most beautiful beaches, including Baia dei Turchi (an 11-minute drive) and the Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea bathing rocks (a 6-minute drive). There's also both a surfing school and a kitesurfing school, approximately a 10-minute walk away from the resort. Away from the coast, visitors can enjoy the Alimini Lakes, which are a haven for birdwatchers. Alimini Grande is just a 5-minute drive. Here, visitors can enjoy hiking, picnicking, and swimming, or they can hire canoes. The peaceful port town of Otranto makes a lovely day out.
