Nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside, this cosy 1-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful Tuscan escape within a traditional farmhouse setting. This 1st-floor apartment is accessible via an external staircase and accommodates up to 3 guests and features a rustic interior with terracotta floors and wooden beams. The living space features a single sofa and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and electric kettle. The garden and shared swimming pool have been equipped for relaxation and leisure. The swimming pool is fenced with a sunbathing area. The farmhouse offers a shared barbecue area, a large veranda equipped with sofas and board games, and a reading corner. In the village, there is a shop selling local products and a restaurant where you can book breakfast and enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine.
