The furnished outdoor areas allow you to enjoy pleasant moments in the open air, whether it’s al fresco lunches, barbecues, relaxing in the sun or summer dinners. Pets are welcome. The house The house, measuring approximately 100 square metres, is spread over two floors. Ground floor • Spacious living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, Smart TV and dining area. • Separate kitchen, equipped with 2 electric hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a citrus juicer and a moka coffee pot. • Bedroom with bunk beds, a wardrobe and a fan. • Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet, shower and washing machine. A distinctive wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. First floor • Bedroom with two single beds and a fan. • Double bedroom with a splendid view of the sea and a fan. • Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet, shower and an enchanting view of the sea. Outdoor areas The large private garden is fully equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, a relaxation area with a sofa, sun loungers and a hammock, as well as a handy outdoor shower. You can also cook outdoors using the electric hotplates provided, allowing you to make the most of your summer days. Beaches The main and nearest options include: From the house, you can access a stretch of public beach at Giannella; walking to the right takes you to a beach club equipped for children, whilst to the left is a simpler beach club from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The coastline offers numerous beach clubs, restaurants and long stretches of public beach. Orsa Beach, situated just north of the salt pans, is a long sandy strip stretching along the coast as it curves towards Talamone. Feniglia is situated on the opposite spit of the lagoon (the southern one) to Giannella, marking the southern end of the Orbetello coastline. Although it’s a few kilometres further by car, it’s perfect for sports enthusiasts thanks to the hiking and mountain-biking trails that run parallel to the sea through the pine forest. The dirt track that crosses the nature reserve is about 6 km long and can only be accessed on foot or by bicycle. The location The house is situated in Saline Sadun, on the Giannella spit, one of the most picturesque spots on the Argentario, where the crystal-clear sea meets unspoilt nature. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the southern Tuscan Archipelago. On the clearest days, you can see the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, whilst to the north the view stretches as far as the Formiche di Grosseto, Montecristo, the island of Elba and even Corsica. The location is also ideal for visiting the main towns in the area: • Orbetello (14 km), with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all the main amenities. • Porto Santo Stefano (13 km), the departure point for ferries to Isola del Giglio. • Porto Ercole (16 km), one of the most charming villages on the Costa d’Argento. • WWF Orbetello Lagoon Nature Reserve (6 km), the perfect destination for nature lovers and birdwatchers. The perfect home for those seeking a relaxing holiday just a stone’s throw from the sea, nestled amidst the beauty of the Tuscan Maremma and in a prime location for exploring the Argentario and its wonders. The last 400 metres of the road are unpaved; please drive slowly. Rome Fiumicino Airport is about an hour and a half’s drive away, or Pisa’s Galileo Galilei Airport is about 1 hour and 50 minutes away.
