This charming apartment is in a gated holiday village and offers panoramic views across the Mediterranean. It is an ideal holiday choice for anyone who wants to relax in the sun but also have the glamour and excitement of the Côte d’Azur on their doorstep. The apartment opens directly onto a shaded terrace and private garden, where guests can relax on sun loungers. Alternatively, guests can enjoy meals al fresco at the dining table on the terrace. Inside, the open-plan living space has cool terracotta floors. It is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a wooden dining table and chairs. The kitchen is tucked around the corner, near the dining table and is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. The shared pool area includes sun loungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim. Sleeping Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. French windows open onto the veranda. It is just 15 minutes from Sainte-Maxime. Sainte-Maxime has a range of excellent markets throughout the week, where you can find the freshest local ingredients to cook at home. Alternatively, there are several supermarkets and grocery stores within a 10-minute drive of the apartment. There are many beautiful beaches nearby, including la Plage de la Garonnette (6 minutes) and la Plage de la Nartelle (13 minutes). Away from the coast around the Col du Bougnon, there are many hiking routes in the hills, which offer wonderful views of the sea. Out of season, there is plenty to do and enjoy, taking advantage of the Côte d’Azur’s mild climate. When the crowds have gone home, the villages and towns slow down and life is lived at a more relaxed pace. Nice Airport is 1 hour away. If you are arriving by train then St Raphael TGV station is a 25-minute drive.
