Nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside, this cosy 2-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful Tuscan escape within a traditional farmhouse setting. Accomodating up to 4 guests, this apartment is part of one of two traditional farmhouses divided into nine units. Guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool with a sunbathing area, landscaped gardens, and inviting communal spaces designed for relaxation, including a furnished veranda, reading corner, and barbecue area. Inside, the apartment blends rustic charm with functionality, featuring terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. The ground-floor entrance opens into a spacious open-plan living area with a dining table, chairs, and a large fireplace, alongside a compact kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, small electric oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, and kettle. Within easy driving distance are some of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations: San Gimignano (35 minutes), Volterra (45 minutes), Florence (1 hour), Siena (1 hour), and Pisa (1 hour 10 minutes). The surrounding area offers excellent hiking and cycling opportunities through vineyards and wooded landscapes. For shopping, the Il Leccio outlet is about 1 hour and 10 minutes away, while tennis courts (10 minutes) and a golf course in San Miniato (30 minutes) provide active leisure options.
