Nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside, this cosy 2-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful Tuscan escape within a traditional farmhouse setting. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a rustic interior with terracotta floors and wooden beams. The living space features a kitchen with a dining table and chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and electric kettle. The sleeping area is slightly separated, accessed via four steps, offering a cosy and private feel. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. Outside, a shared garden and swimming pool are equipped for relaxation and leisure. The swimming pool is fenced and has a sunbathing area. The farmhouse offers a shared barbecue area, a large veranda equipped with sofas and board games, and a reading corner. In the village, there is a shop selling local products and a restaurant where you can book breakfast and enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine. Please note: The farmhouse is accessed via an 800-metre dirt road from the main road. Within easy driving distance are some of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations: San Gimignano (35 minutes), Volterra (45 minutes), Florence (1 hour), Siena (1 hour), and Pisa (1 hour 10 minutes). The surrounding area offers excellent hiking and cycling opportunities through vineyards and wooded landscapes. For shopping, the Il Leccio outlet is about 1 hour and 10 minutes away, while tennis courts (10 minutes) and a golf course in San Miniato (30 minutes) provide active leisure options. Florence International Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive, while Pisa Airport can be reached in about 1 hour.
