Casa Viola Panorama is located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house in a strategic location close to many amenities, allowing our guests to enjoy a convenient holiday in the heart of Losone. There is a supermarket 250 metres away, the road is quiet and the cycle path to Locarno or Valle Maggia passes right by the property. The beautiful Meriggio park is a 15-minute walk away, where parents and children can enjoy a refreshing swim in the Maggia River. Casa Viola Panorama offers a private garage located right next to the external staircase leading to the flat. Upon entering the house, you will find a bright living room with a dining table, a comfortable sofa and armchairs for spending convivial moments within the walls. A fully equipped kitchen is separate but does not have a door connecting it to the living room. In addition to the kitchen and a bright living room, we offer two bedrooms, one double and one with two separate single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and sink is available separately from the small guest bathroom with a toilet and an additional sink, which are located in an adjacent cubicle. A beautiful terrace overlooking the garden is equipped with a table and four chairs and is available for evenings or breakfasts outdoors. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and a television. The nearest lakefront is along Lake Ascona, which is just 5–6 minutes away by car (2.5 km). The central square of Locarno (Piazza Grande) is just 7 minutes away by car (3.5 km).
