The entrance opens into a bright open-space living area with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee machine, moka coffee maker, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. There is also a dining table for 6 people. The living area includes a double sofa bed and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and French door with direct access to the garden Second bedroom with single bed and pull-out single bed and a large wardrobe The bathroom is equipped with sink, bidet, toilet and shower box. Outside, guests can enjoy the private garden with covered gazebo, where there is a relaxation area with a coffee table and two wicker sofas, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing summer evenings. In the garden there is also a washing machine, located inside a cabinet under the outdoor sink. Thanks to its strategic location, the beaches can be reached in just a few minutes on foot, as well as beach clubs, bars, restaurants and shops.
