The house is surrounded by a large, well-organised private enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing, enjoying shaded al fresco lunches and sharing barbecues. A few comfortable steps lead to the entrance, where there is a spacious, bright open-plan living area with a fireplace, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette (electric oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and espresso machine) and a dining area; a French window leads to a balcony overlooking the village of Talomone and the sea, perfect for enjoying romantic aperitifs at sunset. The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. Six wide, comfortable steps lead to the sleeping area, comprising three bedrooms, one guest bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms. Adjacent to the main entrance to the house, a separate entrance leads to an open-plan space divided into a living area with a sofa, smart TV, a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Location In Fonteblanda, the sea is right on your doorstep, but every direction offers a different experience: Osa and Feniglia beaches: Ideal for families. The seabed is shallow, the water slopes gently, and the pine forest behind provides natural shade for afternoon naps or picnics. Talamone (Bagno delle Donne): Perfect for friends and those who love snorkelling. It is a rocky cove with crystal-clear, emerald-coloured water, right beneath the town’s fortress. La Giannella: A long stretch of sand with beach establishments, bars and restaurants, excellent if you’re looking for comfort and an aperitif at sunset. The area offers picture-perfect scenery: Maremma Regional Park (Uccellina): Just a few minutes away. You can hire bikes or go hiking on the trails leading to the Abbey of San Rabano or the wild beach at Alberese. Watch out for close encounters: foxes and wild boars are the local wildlife (but they’re peaceful!). Kitesurfing and Sailing: Fonteblanda and nearby Talamone are famous throughout Italy for their wind. If your group of friends is looking for a bit of adrenaline, this is the perfect spot for a kitesurfing lesson. When the sun goes down, it’s time to explore the inland areas or the small harbours: Talamone: You can get there on foot or in a two-minute drive. Stroll up to the Rocca Senese for a breathtaking view of the gulf. Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole: The jewels of the Argentario. Ideal for a glamorous evening, a seafood dinner or hiring a dinghy to explore the coves of the isthmus. Magliano in Toscana: About 20 minutes away. A walled medieval village, perfect for a traditional dinner away from the sea air. Pitigliano and Saturnia: If you fancy a one-hour drive, the Cascate del Mulino waterfalls in Saturnia (free!) and the tuff village of Pitigliano are must-see destinations at least once in a lifetime.
