The property is set on a spacious private plot of approximately 1,000 m², offering plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor living. Guests can enjoy a private 32 m² swimming pool, a covered terrace, outdoor dining areas and a lovely barbecue area, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying warm summer evenings with family and friends. Villa Anastazija is also an excellent choice for families with children. The outdoor area includes a small children’s playground with swings and a slide, giving younger guests a safe and fun place to play while adults relax by the pool or enjoy the terrace.
