The two-storey chalet is next to the railway line between Chamonix Mont Blanc and Vallorcine, but is well-insulated and soundproofed. Inside, the cosy open-plan living area is full of alpine charm. It is furnished with a corner sofa, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table that is next to the kitchen.
Glass doors open onto a private terrace and garden with a table and chairs. Here guests can dine al fresco on the wooden decking.
Back indoors, the kitchen is separate from the dining area by a deep worktop. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, raclette, Nespresso coffee machine and French press.

Location
The residence is on the edge of the village of Le Buet, set in spectacular mountain scenery. The slopes nearby are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. There is also an extensive network of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Le Buet-Vallorcine railway station is just a 5-minute walk from the residence.
During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding.
There are several restaurants and cafés close by, which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (8-minute drive), for other options the nearest supermarket is also in Argentière.
Geneva Airport is a 1-hour 45-minute drive away.
