The open-plan living area features a comfortable corner sofa, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV and a dining table located close to the kitchen. Buet railway station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing convenient access to the Mont-Blanc Express and connections to Vallorcine and Chamonix. French doors open directly onto a private terrace and garden, furnished with a table and chairs. Guests can enjoy the warmer days by dining outdoors on the wooden terrace while taking in the surrounding natural scenery. Back inside, the kitchen is separated from the dining area by a deep worktop. It is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, raclette appliance, Nespresso coffee machine and French press. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: The comfortable and welcoming main bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. All the facilities of the Chamonix Valley remain easily accessible thanks to Buet-Vallorcine railway station, located just a 5-minute walk from the residence. The Mont-Blanc Express provides convenient access to Vallorcine and Chamonix without having to use the car. During the summer season, the valley offers a wealth of outdoor activities: beautiful mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, as well as opportunities for climbing and horse riding. There are several restaurants and cafés nearby, suitable for all ages and budgets. Those who prefer to cook for themselves can visit the weekly market held every Sunday morning in Argentière, approximately 8 minutes away by car.
