From the ground floor, we ascend to the first floor, where a large living area combines a living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. The second floor features a second living room with two bedrooms and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The top floor features a bedroom with a dedicated workspace, suitable for remote working. The house is air-conditioned throughout, with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a bathtub with chromotherapy and a large Smart TV. Bedroom 2: The double bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom 3: An independent double bedroom on the top floor, with a Smart TV. All beds are king-size with premium toppers. The Albergaccio, his former estate and today a well-known restaurant, is just 100 metres from the house, while other restaurants and a supermarket are within about 1 km. Florence is around 15 km away, roughly a 30-minute drive, with easy access to its museums and historic centre. The surrounding Chianti Classico region is dotted with vineyards and cellars for wine tasting, and Greve in Chianti, Siena and San Gimignano are all within a short drive. The nearest international airport is Florence Amerigo Vespucci (Peretola), approximately a 30-minute drive away.
