Florence is around 15 km away, roughly a 30-minute drive, with easy access to its museums and historic centre. The surrounding Chianti Classico region is dotted with vineyards and cellars for wine tasting, and Greve in Chianti, Siena and San Gimignano are all within a short drive. The nearest international airport is Florence Amerigo Vespucci (Peretola), approximately a 30-minute drive away.
