For other needs, there are numerous supermarkets and other amenities nearby. Sanremo is famous for the Italian Song Festival, held annually between late February and early March. The city also hosts the Sanremo Rally (Rallye Sanremo) in October. Thanks to its mild climate, Sanremo is a relaxing holiday destination all year round. For those seeking more active pursuits, the Western Liguria cycle path winds for 24 km along the coast and is perfect for a family outing.
