This apartment features a large shared fenced garden, a fenced swimming pool with a sunbathing area, and a children's playground. For family fun, there are table tennis and a foosball table. The country house also offers a shared barbecue area with an outdoor dining space. The Prato apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated barn (the adjacent unit is ID 14352 Prato), opening onto an open-plan living room furnished with a sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. It also includes a dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with an American coffee maker, a Moka pot, a gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The apartment features an independent entrance and a private outdoor terrace furnished with a sun umbrella, a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing. The stunning Tuscan coast is about a 1 hour and 15 minute drive away, featuring the famous beaches of Versilia. In the immediate vicinity, guests can visit: Certaldo with its funicular and breathtaking views (a 10-minute drive), Castelfiorentino (a 10-minute drive), San Gimignano (a 25-minute drive), and Volterra (a 45-minute drive). There is also a swimming lake a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk away, while the Castello di Oliveto winery is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Two supermarkets are less than a 10-minute drive away. The nearest international airports are Florence and Pisa, equidistant from the property and about a 50-minute drive away.
