We had a wonderful stay at Bellavista Mezzegra. The apartment was beautiful, very well kept, and had anything you could need. The views were gorgeous and laying in bed gazing out was so calming. The location is great, we walked down to the restaurants at the lake front and it was a short walk but it’s also only a short drive to Cadenabbia to get the ferry to bellagio! Or just a little further to go the Menaggio. We hired a private boat from there. My only regret is not staying longer! Especially as you could do a long trip in this apartment with all its facilities. The little extras it had were also very thoughtful such as the welcome pack they left us with some essentials in and the board games in the cupboards. There is also some information in the apartment about local restaurants and activists etc. Everything about Bellavista was magical.

Bonne localisation avec super vue, spacieux et confortable, quelques points de maintenance ( joint douche, hotte, lave vaisselle à fixer) et de rafraîchissement ( coussins terrasse). Bon rapport qualité prix bien que le participation au nettoyage semble élevée.

Tolle Terrasse mit Seeblick. Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Von fast allen Zimmern Seeblick. Ein Schlafzimmer oben und das unten haben kleinere Betten (ca.120 cm breit). Abschließbare Garage (für ein Auto). Küche super ausgestattet, lediglich ein größerer Topf wäre wünschenswert gewesen, um für sechs Personen kochen zu können. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und konnten den Aufenthalt und die Terrasse super genießen. Fußläufig nach Lenno und in ca. 10 Minuten zum Schiffsanleger. Danke an Lake Como Holiday für das Willkommenspaket.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e con una fantastica vista lago. Area giorno ampia e bel terrazzo grande con vista lago. A un km si trovano alimentari, pizzeria da asporto, bar pasticceria e lavanderia.

May 2018 The apartment was perfect for us. Enough space to have a holiday with another family. Easy walk to ferry, supermarket and hiking trails. The pictures are spot on. The hosts are very helpful and very responsive. This apartment is not suited for large people. The shower is small but clean and worked for us but if you are over six foot or a bit round— it could be tough. Wonderful views and the outside space just super. Melinda, UK

August 2017 We just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help through out the booking process, you were always quick to respond to my emails and made the whole process very easy and reassuring. Would like to thank the limousine company, our driver was so helpful and friendly and even accompanied us into a local shop to ensure we get all the provisions for our first night.. The apartment was absolutely beautiful so well fitted and was the perfect choice for us. The views were stunning waking up each morning looking out over the lake was just magical. August 2017 Hi, the apartment was great, well equipped and homely. The welcome wine, milk etc very much appreciated. Maybe include some bottled water as well. The large terrace excellent for admiring the fabulous view. The walk up and down to Lenno certainly kept us fit!!!!! The little cafe near hotel San Giorgio is lovely for snacks. Il golfo do good pizzas and the only bar that opens until late. Villa Balbionella is a must. We were at a wedding there. We used the land train to menaggio which was fun. Gardens at villa Carlotta are stunning. You have to explore the lake and other places using the ferry. If you get chance to go to como you won't be disappointed. A fantastic, beautiful area. April 2017 Great location with fantastic views of the lake. Convenient to Lenno, a major boat stop, which allows easy access to Bellagio, Como, and Argenio. Lovely terrazzo facing west with shaded area and full sun. We had three couples which fit comfortably. Kitchen well-equipped, washing machine, internet. Rental agency was very helpful. Place is walking distance to boat but up a hill, so you need to be in shape or have a car (there is garage parking). Well furnished with good books to read, videos, and TV. Lise, USA

October 2016 Everything was 100% perfect. The assistance and information rendered prior to booking was outstanding. Any details or questions regarding the property, prior to booking, was addressed and handled promptly in a genuinely courteous manner. The fact that there is a telephone number provided to contact staff in the USA prior to the actual booking is a big advantage. The information provided prior to arrival was excellent. The directions to the property were exacting and precise, including photos and turn by turn instructions. The staff at the Menaggio office couldn’t be nicer, especially John Carlos who personally assisted our group with any questions or information requested. As expected the property Bellavista Mezzegra was more than we expected. Top shelf in every aspect, bedding, well stocked kitchen, ample living room and dinning room accommodations, etc. From our initial visit to the office, prior to arrival at the residence, it was obvious that we had made an excellent choice in lodging at beautiful Lake Como. ( One minor oversight is the info re: public parking area adjacent to the apartment. We mistakenly parked in one of the 4 pvt. parking spots at that location. Being night time we did not see the pavement markings indicating it was ‘private’. After an hour or so, a friendly neighbor informed us of our mistake. She politely said that it happens quite frequently with arriving guests. Possibly a ‘caution’ to that effect would be warranted in the directions and arrival instruction for Bellavista Mezzegra). Sum and substance is that Happy Holiday Homes will be highly recommended to anyone traveling to Lake Como. Do you handle properties in the Tuscany region? Other countries? We had such a lovely time in Como. From the time we booked our accommodation with you the whole service was just amazing. I loved your long email about 3 weeks before we left and it gave us all a lot to think about. We were a party of 6 ages from 17 to 80!! and everyone of us had a fantastic holiday. It was so beautiful and made you just want to sit down switch off and enjoy the moment and of course the view!!! Our house was amazing. BELLAVISTA, MEZZEGRA I cant wait to go back. I have rented a lot of places in my day but this was simply out on its own. It was a beautiful house with a lot to offer. We could not ask for more. Your welcome hamper was such a lovely thing to do. We arrived at 10pm and guess what nowhere was open!! Not to worry we did not starve in fact we eat like lords in just a few mins and enjoyed our bottle along with it!!! The two rooms upstairs gave our family (Teenagers!) a little privacy while my Mam and Dad enjoyed the security of the bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Which meant while they had a few stairs to go up to the apartment it was worth every step for the view and once they were in there was no more steps!!! To wake up to that view every morning just made you feel fantastic. The atmosphere in the house was even lovely because everyone was relaxed and chilled out. Your directions to the house were also excellent. To have pictures and know what we were looking out for was an added bonus. We just took it easy especially for the first week. We did however make it to Foxtown!!! need I say more. Well worth the trip then drove back by lake Lugano. Beautiful. I loved the fact that we were so close in Mezzegra to Switzerland. We also hired a boat for 2 hours. Your guy Fabio really looked after us. I do appreciate it was a Sunday and he arrived well ahead of time and showed us exactly how to operate the boat. We had a ball. I thought the value for money for this experience was excellent. We even packed a picnic and had it on the lake. It was truly amazing and an experience we will never forget. We went to Como for the day and that was lovely. A really lovely town to visit and easy spend the day in. Lots to see and do there. Restaurants: May I point out that we had a newly diagnosed coeliac with us and we were a little concerned about the food situation. No need to worry at all. Italy is amazing and well ahead of a lot of other European countries with information and options for ceoliacs. In Bellagio we must mention “La Fontana” AMAZING their attention to detail was second to none. They welcomed Emer and explained exactly what she could have and what she could not have. They were very aware of the condition and dealt with everything so professionally. The food here was beautiful with a large choice and very reasonably priced. We even went back another night and bought some pizzas to takeaway. Another restaurant in Bellagio we went to and would like to recommend was “Far Out”. Another amazing restaurant. They were also excellent on the ceoliac front and offered lots of choices. Also a restaurant I just have to mention was the Belvedere Hotel in Argegno. We went there on our last night and boy what a finish. We ate over the lake in their conservatory room. Nowhere in the world would you get such a view. We had a beautiful meal and again lots of attention to the ceoliac. The food was amazing and beautifully presented We had drinks before, during and after the meal! and our bill was excellent value for money. Again Harold thank you so much for such a beautiful holiday. We have not stopped singing your praises since we came home and are highly recommending a trip to Como with yourselves to all our family and friends. We will definitely be back. Hopefully sooner rather than later. I am so happy to recommend everything about this holiday. I really look forward to booking again.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Bellavista Mezzegra. 2 opmerkingen : de elektriciteit heeft één maal uitgevallen omdat de wasmachine en de vaatwas op hetzelfde moment aan waren, dankzij de buurvrouw hebben we het kunnen regelen. Het zou misschien handig zijn als er ook een sleutel van de buitenelektriciteitskast voorhanden is. Alsook vinden we ook dat het vrij warm is in de bovenste slaapkamers, airco zou daar wel gepast zijn zeker ook wat de prijs betreft van het appartement. We hebben het goed gevonden en het was een zeer mooi uitzicht, ook handig dat je te voet vlug aan het meer zelf bent via de kleine wegjes tussen de huizen. De locatie is zeer goed voor en de veerboot te nemen en/of met de wagen dorpjes te bezoeken. Wij hebben een grote wagen, het was niet gemakkelijk om de auto te parkeren in de garage , hij kon er nipt onder (gebogen muur) en de garage kon niet dicht daar de auto te lang was, gelukkig was de garage wel breed genoeg. Voor de rest waren we tevreden over het appartement en over jullie diensten.

Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Auch der kleine Balkon im oberen Schlafzimmer ist toll. Zimmer sind schön gestaltet, genug Staufläche ist vorhanden, trotzdem ungewöhnlich, dass von der Besitzerin private Kleidung in den Schränken hängt. Super Tiefgarage. Auf Email-Nachfrage, hieß es, dass keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist, diese ist jedoch vorhanden, was uns sehr gefreut hat.
